St. Davids North Austin Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is offering PRN opportunities for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the NICU. You will perform critical care procedures, operate respiratory equipment, and support diagnostic testing for patients of all ages.

Work within a patient-focused team, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate plans with physicians and nurses. Required NBRC-RRT, ACLS, BCLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, and an associate degree.

Qualificações

• RRT eligibility with NBRC certification required.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS must be obtained within specified timeframes.
• State licensure as Respiratory Therapist.
• Associate degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment.
• Perform diagnostic procedures related to cardiopulmonary health.
• Assess patients and interpret results; adjust therapies as needed.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with physicians and nurses.
• Communicate regularly about patient care plans.
