Responsibilities

Develops and conducts learning needs assessments annually and validates with stakeholders.
Develops outcomes, content and instructional plans using adult learning principles.
Implements learning plans and competencies, adapting materials to learners' needs.
Facilitates education of clinicians to meet professional development needs and supports a healthy work environment.
