Grady Health System seeks an Advanced Clinical Nurse Educator to design, implement, and assess education programs that advance clinical nursing practice. The role includes developing goals and recommendations, evaluating outcomes, and possibly direct patient/family care, consultation, and research to support performance improvement.

The educator will lead teaching and coaching activities, promote evidence-based practice, and support professional development across nursing teams while aligning

Qualifications

Master's degree required; MSN preferred.
Minimum four years of clinical nursing experience.
Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
NRP Certification preferred; NRP Instructor certified a plus.

Responsabilités

Create, manage and evaluate education/training programs.
Develop goals, objectives, and policies for education programs.
Evaluate program outcomes and impact on patient care.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership in clinical education.
