• Analytic skills to develop and evaluate educational programs.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• CPR instructor certification preferred.
• Healthcare Provider CPR required every 2 years.
• Certification as a professional development specialist within 4 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops learning needs assessments annually and documents practice gaps.
• Plans curriculum and educational interventions aligned with organizational goals.
