Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts learning needs assessments and validates needs with stakeholders
• Plans, implements and evaluates educational programs to meet identified organizational needs
• Facilitates learner education and integrates resources to address health and work environment
• Participates in orientation, competency-based programs, and preceptor initiatives
• Assesses and evaluates learning outcomes and revises activities based on data
