Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale is seeking a neonatal developmental specialist to conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop care plans, and provide written reports to the infant's chart and the State of Arizona.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, delivery of developmental education to families, and participation in state meetings and discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Arizona state RN license or OT/PT licensure is required.
• 2 years experience in developmental care or neonatal setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating developmentally supportive care strategies with the team.
• Provide NIDCAP or equivalent observations for medically fragile neonates.
