Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care, coordinate care planning, and supervise staff as needed. You will support patient care by applying nursing processes and age-specific interventions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires licensure as an RN in Arizona, CPR, ACLS per unit, and additional certifications like PALS/ENPC as applicable.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.
• Two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
• Arizona RN license; CPR. ACLS as applicable by unit; PALS/ENPC as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnosis based on assessment and data analysis.
• Set practical, realistic patient population specific outcome goals and guide patient/family.
• Individualize the plan of care and implement orders appropriate to current status.
• Other tasks assigned at the hospital.
