Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ seeks a NICU Registered Nurse to provide professional, compassionate care for neonates in a Level III NICU. The RN coordinates care plans and delivers age-appropriate bedside nursing using the nursing process to optimize outcomes.

The role requires current AZ RN license, CPR, NRP on orientation, and ACLS as applicable, with opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
• CPR certification required
• NRP required upon orientation
• ACLS as applicable by facility/department
• BSN preferred in NICU setting

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, evidence-based care to critically ill neonates.
• Act as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and directing other healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Participate in hourly rounding and follow safety guidelines and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor other healthcare team members.
