Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience in the neonatal field are required.
• NIDCAP certification must be obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care team to develop development goals and coordinate treatment objectives.
• Assess developmental needs of ill and preterm infants and families and plan care accordingly.
• Regularly screen infants and families for developmental needs and work with parents to implement care strategies.
• Plan, implement and evaluate staff education programs related to family-centered developmental care.
