Responsible for conducting initial and ongoing neonatal neuro‑developmental assessments and providing written evaluations (N.I.D.C.A.P. format) and care plans for the infant's chart, family and the State of Arizona. Must provide written plans/reports to the State of AZ on a quarterly and annual basis, and attend required state meetings. Provides optimal developmental interventions to high‑risk infants following accepted standards and offers appropriate developmental education to families, staff and the community as needed.
