Qualifications

• Experience in Transportation Management or related field expected
• Previous branch/office leadership roles highly preferred
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel required
• Experience with MediRoutes and Symed software preferred (not required)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service mindset and professionalism
• Ability to work with diverse populations including pediatric, senior, and medically vulnerable individuals

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the assigned service area
• Assist HR with recruiting, hiring, training, and supporting new employees
• Communicate effectively with medical partners, facilities, and clients
• Manage office staff including drivers, dispatchers, and schedulers
• Monitor routes and field operations for safety and schedule adherence
• Coordinate with billing/accounting for revenue cycle support
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation
• Support compliance and audit readiness
• Contribute to regional growth and expansion initiatives
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management
