Job summary

Elite Transportation is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee daily coordination of Members/Riders schedules to the Day Center and appointments, and to arrange Logisticare Will Call trips that meet outlined requirements. The Dispatcher validates trips and approves time worked by Transportation Specialists, and finalizes weekly time cards for payroll.

The role includes communicating PTO and training hours to the payroll company, participating in weekly operations calls, and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must meet health requirements of a DOT Physical.
• Experience with transportation of people including those with mobility needs preferred.
• Experience working with older adults and those needing specialized care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coordination of Members/Riders schedules to Day Center or appointments.
• Arrange Logisticare Will Call trips to meet requirements.
• Validate Logisticare trips and approve time worked by Transportation Specialists.
• Finalize time cards weekly and communicate PTO and training hours for payroll.
• Participate in weekly Transportation Operations calls and provide feedback on operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and a contracted mobile mechanic as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation including early mornings, late evenings, and every other Saturday.
