Job summary

Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher in Phoenix to open a new market, recruit founding captains, secure venues, fill the gym, and run the launch season. You are the face of Brodie in your city, building relationships with coaches, gym staff, and local partners.

This role blends community-building with sales and growth marketing, requires evenings and weekends, and offers highly competitive pay with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Live in the launch neighbourhood or adjacent area.
• Existing network in the local basketball community.
• Currently playing in a rec league.
• Standing in your scene and reputation where you are known.
• Ability to name your first ten captains.
• Willingness to travel across your territory as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Recruit a minimum of 24 founding captains per league, starting with the people you could name today.
• Walk into gyms/courts you know and bring Brodie into rooms where you are already a familiar face.
• Build and keep relationships with coaches, trainers, gym staff, organizers, and local business owners.
• Drive the referral program so captains and players become your largest recruiting channel and stay visible weekly.
• Identify and evaluate gyms, negotiate and lock in the right venue.
• Run our sequence: soft close, prove demand, then sign; own the numbers and track in CRM.
