Job summary

Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher to open a new market in Denver. You will recruit 24 founding captains in your first season, secure venues, fill gyms, and run launch activities. You’ll stay the face of Brodie in your city, maintaining relationships with players, coaches, and local partners.

This role prioritizes community-building, then sales and growth marketing. You’ll work evenings and weekends, and travel as the territory expands, collaborating with leadership across operations,

Qualifications

• Live in the neighbourhood where Brodie League is launching.
• Existing network in the local basketball community today.
• Currently playing in a rec league weekly.
• Strong reputation and influence in your scene.
• Able to name your first ten captains and recruit them.
• Comfort building demand from zero with events and partnerships.
• Proven ability to close deals with venue owners.
• Comfort owning a number using a CRM and adopting new tools quickly.
• Available for evenings and weekends due to game nights.
• Willingness to travel across the territory as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Bring your local network and recruit 24 founding captains in the first season.
• Walk into gyms you know and integrate Brodie into existing communities.
• Build relationships with coaches, trainers, gym staff, and group-chat admins.
• Drive the referral program to make captains and players your main recruiting channel.
• Identify and negotiate venues, sign contracts, and track performance in CRM.
• Own the local demand story, run open runs and events, and convert curiosity into signed teams.
