Brodie League is hiring a City Launcher to open a Brodie market in Austin. You will recruit 24 founding captains, validate venues, and run the launch season while becoming the face of Brodie in your city.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, building a network in the local basketball community and leveraging existing gyms to grow attendance. You will coordinate with leadership in operations, growth, brand, and people to build a repeatable launch playbook and expand into new cities as your track

Qualifications

• Existing network in the local basketball community today (coaches, trainers, gym staff, run organizers, tournament organizers).
• Able to name your first ten captains and credibility to get them on the phone.
• Comfort building demand from zero with little or no budget; open events and partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Bring Your Network—recruit 24 founding captains per league and activate familiar gym spaces.
• Secure the Venue and Close the Business—negotiate and lock in venues; track performance in CRM and forecast growth.
• Make Brodie the Thing People Are Talking About—lead local demand story, run social pages, host events to convert curiosity into signed teams.
• Own the Season, Then the Territory—maintain game-night presence, monitor league health, and build repeatable launch playbooks.
