Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher to open new markets, recruit captains, secure venues, and run the launch season. You’ll be the face of Brodie in your city, intimately connected with gyms, players, and local partners, while building a repeatable playbook for future growth.

This role emphasizes community leadership first, sales second, and growth marketing third, with evenings and weekends required. Base salary ranges with uncapped commission reflect a unique, high-energy market

Qualifications

• Live in the neighbourhood where Brodie launches, not the metro area.
• Have an existing network in the local basketball community (coaches, trainers, gym staff, organizers).
• Be an active participant in the rec league scene (you play regularly).
• Have standing in your local scene; your recommendations move people.
• Be able to name your first ten captains and reach them by phone.
• Willingness to travel across your growing territory.
• Availability for evenings and weekends (game nights).

Responsibilities

• Bring Brodie into gyms and open runs you already know; amplify community presence.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and lock in venues for the launch.
• Own the local demand story and grow a city-wide presence through social and events.
• Monitor growth metrics and partner with operations on game-night execution; own growth, revenue, and community.
