Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher in Denver to open a new market, recruit at least 24 founding captains in the first season, source and validate venues, fill the gym, and run the launch season. You will be the face of Brodie in your city, engaging players, coaches, and local hoops communities at games, open runs, and in group chats.

This community-first role blends sales and growth marketing, requiring evening and weekend availability.

Formación

• Neighborhood-based launch: you live in the surrounding area.
• Existing network in the local basketball community (coaches, trainers, gym staff, organizers).
• Active player participation in a rec league (current or last season).
• Strong reputation and ability to get people to listen and act.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit at least 24 founding captains in the first season.
• Source and validate venues, fill the gym, and run the launch season.
• Be the face of Brodie in your city at games, open runs, and group chats.
• Collaborate with leadership across operations, growth, brand, and people to build a repeatable launch playbook.
