Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher in Kansas City to open a new market. You will recruit founding captains, validate venues, fill the gym, and run the launch season while becoming the face of Brodie in your city.

This role blends community building with sales and growth marketing. You will leverage your local network, organize open runs and events, manage partnerships, and track performance in CRM as you expand Brodie across neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Must live in the launch neighbourhood.
• Existing network in the local basketball community.
• Actively playing in or recently in a rec league.
• Ability to name ten captains and recruit three market contacts within a week.

Responsabilités

• Bring Your Network — Community: recruit 24 founding captains, engage gyms, build relationships, drive referrals.
• Secure the Venue and Close the Business — Sales: identify venues, negotiate, sign, track in CRM.
• Make Brodie the Thing People Are Talking About — Growth Marketing: lead demand, run location social pages, host events.
• Own the Season, Then the Territory: attend game nights, monitor health, plan expansion.
