Qualifications

• Live in the neighborhood where Brodie is launching.
• Existing network in the local basketball community.
• Currently playing in a rec league or gym weekly.
• Ability to close deals; sign venues and deposits.
• Comfort owning a number, working in a CRM.
• Availability on evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel as territory expands.

Responsibilities

• Recruit a minimum of 24 founding captains in your league.
• Source and validate venues, fill the gym, and run the launch season.
• Be the face of Brodie in your city at games, open runs, and chats.
• Build local demand, run social pages, and host events to sign teams.
• Attend game nights and grow the community while managing growth metrics.
