Brodie League is hiring a City Launcher to open a new market in the DMV area. You will recruit at least 24 founding captains in your first season, source and validate venues, fill the gym, and run the launch season.

You’ll stay the face of Brodie in your city, connecting with players, coaches, and local partners at games and events. You will negotiate venue deals, track performance in CRM, and drive growth marketing to build demand from zero.

Qualificações

• Experience building local networks in basketball or community scenes.
• Proven ability to recruit and engage founding team members.
• Strong relationship-building with coaches, gym staff, and venues.

Responsabilidades

• Bring Brodie to the community by building a network of founders and venues.
• Negotiate and lock in venues; track progress in CRM and forecast results.
• Drive local growth marketing by hosting events and running open runs.
• Own season growth and territory expansion while maintaining community ties.
• Maintain a first-name level knowledge of players and captains in the market.
