Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians at client sites. You will help set up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT) and assist with testing in diverse environments, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

This role offers growth into advanced inspection or leadership roles. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel are required; TWIC or safety certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing (where applicable).
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow all safety rules, client site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging, lifting, and access equipment setup.

Responsibilities
