Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

You will assist with UT, MT, PT, RT inspections, prepare materials, and help maintain equipment and accurate field reports while traveling to multiple sites as required. The role offers on-the-job training and growth into advanced inspection or leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; willingness to obtain required safety and site credentials.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel to multiple client sites.
• Willingness to work extended shifts, weekends, and varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians with UT, MT, PT, RT inspections per procedures.
• Prepare and organize testing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support radiographic safety practices where applicable.
• Transport equipment to/from sites; maintain inventory and cleanliness.
• Complete field reports and time sheets as directed.
• Follow safety rules and site protocols; adhere to Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform general labor duties including rigging, lifting and access setup.
