TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians across client sites, performing nondestructive testing tasks in UT, MT, PT, RT, and related methods.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and on-site operational support as a first step in advancing within asset integrity services. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to travel, work extended shifts, and obtain required credentials.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role supporting certified NDT technicians.
• Willingness to travel and work at varied client sites.
• Basic understanding of nondestructive testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and maintain inventory control.
• Complete field reports and timesheets as directed.
• Follow safety rules and client site protocols.
