Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing at client sites. This role is a critical first step in developing a rewarding career in asset integrity and inspection.

The successful candidate will play an active part in ensuring safety, support, and operational excellence for TEAM's inspection and testing operations. You will assist with inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT), prepare materials and tools, and help maintain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing (where applicable).
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Complete field reports, timesheets and other documentation as directed.
