Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing services at client sites across various locations.

This role is a crucial first step in building a career in asset integrity and inspection, emphasizing safety, support, and operational excellence for TEAM’s inspection operations. You will assist in setting up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT), prepare materials and equipment, and support radiation safety where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• TWIC credential or ability to obtain one.
• OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety certification.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT) per procedures.
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiographic safety practices and secure work areas as applicable.
• Transport equipment to/from job sites and maintain inventory control.
