Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in delivering nondestructive testing services at client sites and locations.

The role provides an opportunity to develop experience in asset integrity and inspection while contributing to safety, reliability, and operational excellence. As part of the team you will assist with UT, MT, PT, and RT methods, participate in field testing across Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, and industrial environments, and pursue training and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work in different industrial environments.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDT technicians with UT/MT/PT/RT inspections.
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites safely.
• Clean and maintain tools and work areas.
• Complete field reports and timesheets.
• Follow safety rules and client/site protocols.
• Assist with rigging, lifting, and access equipment setup.
