Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in nondestructive testing services at client sites.

This role is an important first step in building a career in asset integrity and inspection, with emphasis on safety, support, and operational excellence. You will assist with inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT), prepare materials and equipment, and help ensure safe radiographic testing when applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, etc.).
• Willingness and ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
• Support radiation safety practices and help secure work areas for radiographic testing.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites, maintaining safe handling and inventory control.
• Ensure all tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Complete field reports, timesheets, and other documentation as directed.
• Follow all safety rules, client site protocols, and TEAM's Life Critical Expectations.
• Perform general labor duties related to rigging, lifting, and access equipment setup.
