North Carolina State University’s Agricultural Leadership Development Program (ALDP) at the NC Tobacco Trust Fund Commission seeks a Program Coordinator to lead statewide and international learning experiences, manage financial and administrative operations, and recruit participants.

Help cultivate the next generation of agricultural leaders in North Carolina. The Program Coordinator for the North Carolina Tobacco Trust Fund Commission Agricultural Leadership Development Program ( ALDP ) plays a vital role in delivering a nationally recognized leadership program that equips farmers and agricultural professionals with the knowledge, experiences, and leadership skills needed to strengthen North Carolina agriculture. This position works with the Director of the NCTTFC ALDP to assist with strategic planning and day to day operations of the two-year program by coordinating statewide and international learning experiences, managing financial and administrative operations, supporting participant recruitment, and fostering meaningful engagement with alumni and industry partners.
