Within CA is the NC Agricultural Foundation, Inc. non-profit, 5013 organizations formed as a means of supporting agricultural research, extension, and teaching activities in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at North Carolina State University. The CALS Advancement team works in close partnership with the central University Advancement Office and its partner colleges.

This position will serve as the overall office manager for CALS College Advancement (CA). This job is multi-faceted with the primary role of making it possible for other employees to function effectively and efficiently by handling many of the day to day operations of CA. This position is responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, serving as supervisor to our student workers and as building liaison. Responsibilities include other administrative duties such as calendar coordination, supply ordering and maintenance, and human resource facilitation.
Minimum Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
