Thriveworks is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate who resides in North Carolina to expand access to behavioral healthcare by building and strengthening relationships with healthcare organizations and referral partners across states that partner with North Carolina.

The role combines business development, relationship management, and territory strategy, with a focus on developing referral opportunities and driving measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, provider relations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities independently.
• Data-driven and comfortable using performance metrics to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Grow referral partnerships by managing a portfolio of healthcare partners and referral sources.
• Develop strategies to expand existing partnerships and create new referral opportunities.
• Identify high-potential providers and healthcare organizations within assigned markets.
• Prioritize outreach using referral data and re-engage declining or inactive partners.
