Thriveworks is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate based in North Carolina to expand behavioral healthcare access by building relationships with healthcare organizations and referral partners. This externally facing role blends business development, relationship management, and territory strategy to grow referrals and drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable managing relationships from initial outreach through long-term partnership growth;

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities independently.
• Comfort using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• CRM experience; Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Grow referral partnerships and increase referrals and client visits.
• Build relationships with physicians, practice managers, referral coordinators, care managers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Educate partners on Thriveworks services, referral pathways, availability, locations, specialties, and accepted insurance.
• Develop territory strategies and prioritize accounts based on referral potential and value.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce and track performance metrics.
