Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate who lives in North Carolina to expand access to behavioral healthcare by developing referral partnerships with health systems and providers across states that partner with NC.

This externally facing role blends business development, relationship management, and territory strategy, with a focus on driving growth, improving the referral experience, and expanding Thriveworks' footprint.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or provider relations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities independently.
• Proficiency using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow referral partnerships with healthcare organizations and referral sources.
• Build relationships with physicians, APPs, practice managers, and coordinators.
• Improve the referral experience and promote adoption of referral tools.
• Develop territory by researching markets and prioritizing opportunities.
