Thriveworks, based in North Carolina, is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate to expand behavioral healthcare access by growing referral partnerships and strengthening relationships with healthcare organizations. The role blends business development, relationship management, and territory strategy across states that partner with North Carolina.

The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable managing relationships from outreach to ongoing partnership growth, while leveraging CRM

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities independently.
• Comfort using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• CRM experience; Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Must live in North Carolina.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.

Mansioni

• Grow Referral Partnerships: manage a portfolio of healthcare partners to increase referrals and new client visits.
• Build Healthcare Relationships: develop relationships with physicians, APPs, managers, coordinators, and stakeholders.
• Improve the Referral Experience: help partners navigate the Thriveworks process and use referral tools.
• Develop Your Territory: research markets, identify opportunities, and prioritize accounts.
• Use Salesforce and dashboards to evaluate performance and prioritize opportunities.
