Thriveworks is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate based in North Carolina to expand behavioral health access by building partnerships with healthcare organizations and referral sources across states that partner with North Carolina.

In this externally facing role you will manage referrals, develop territory strategies, and collaborate with Growth, Analytics, and Clinical Operations to drive measurable growth.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• CRM experience; Salesforce strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow referral partnerships by managing a portfolio of healthcare partners and referral sources.
• Build healthcare relationships with physicians, APPs, practice managers, and other stakeholders.
• Improve the referral experience and promote adoption of referral tools like the Patient Referral Dashboard.
• Develop territory through market research and Salesforce-driven analytics.
