Job summary

Serco is seeking a Contractor Assistant Program Manager (Program Support Lead) to support Team Submarine and the NAVSEA 05Z Program Office in Washington, DC. You will assist with daily program operations, reporting, onboarding, and personnel development in a high-profile defense environment.

The role requires a current DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, and advanced MS Office skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in day-to-day program operations and reporting.
• Assist with job description development, resume reviews, onboarding.
• Prepare and present information concisely for senior management.
• Manage timecards and supported financial activities.
• Provide training to government and contractor personnel as requested.
