Job summary

Serco Inc. in the Washington, DC area is seeking an Onboarding and Systems Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for personnel assigned to the Virginia-Class Submarine Program.

You will administer SharePoint and Power Platform workflows, helping modernize administrative processes and improve workforce visibility across the program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in business process analysis, workflow automation, SharePoint administration, or related field (equivalent combos allowed).
• DoW Secret security clearance ability.
• Experience building and managing SharePoint sites (lists, libraries, pages, structures).
• Experience designing workflows with Power Automate and building apps with Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding/offboarding for personnel assigned to the Virginia-Class Submarine Program.
• Maintain and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and portal pages.
• Design and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline data routing, approvals, and notifications.
• Collaborate with adjacent Team Submarine offices to expand automation solutions.
• Coordinate with security, IT, facilities, and sponsor reps for provisioning resources.
• Maintain rosters, onboarding records, and staffing data.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports for workforce planning and leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital transformation.
• Provide user support for SharePoint-based onboarding tools and workflows.
