Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an Assistant Program Manager (Program Support Lead) to support Navy NAVSEA 05Z programs in the Washington, DC area. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree, and at least five years of related experience.

You will perform day-to-day PM support, including job description development, resume reviews, onboarding, and reporting. Strong MS Office skills and effective communication are essential, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in day-to-day operations within the program including job description development, resume reviews, onboarding, and submission of reports.
• Manage timecards and financials; provide recognition and training as requested by the customer.
• Assist government and contractor personnel; present information concisely and travel when required (up to 10%).
