Job summary

Synchron, LLC seeks an HR Program Analyst to provide personnel management support to the U.S. Navy Team Submarine at the Washington Navy Yard, DC.

The role focuses on onboarding administration, SAAR paperwork, and serving as a liaison to the COO Office. You will lead process-improvement initiatives across onboarding, offboarding, and talent management, and support strategic human capital initiatives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of direct Navy program or operations support.
• DoW Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and related HR processes for Navy Team Submarine at Washington Navy Yard.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives for onboarding, offboarding, hiring, and talent management.
• Advise COO leadership on strategic human capital initiatives and coordinated projects.
• Coordinate SAAR paperwork, asset distribution, and data integrity across onboarding/offboarding lists.
• Serve as liaison between onboarding team and other COO departments to ensure cohesive implementation.
