Job summary

Serco Inc. in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the U.S. Navy's Team Submarine program. The role focuses on RMF/DoD security requirements, ATO preparation, and cybersecurity governance across submarine platforms.

You will work with DoD RMF artifacts, coordinate with Navy entities, and help implement security controls, test artifacts, and maintain accurate cybersecurity records across multiple programs. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in cyber security, CS or related field.
• Experience with RMF/DoD security requirements and accreditation.
• Ability to coordinate with NAVSEA/Navy teams and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in RMF accreditation packages and security control implementation.
• Coordinate with Navy CIO and program offices to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and artifacts across TEAM SUB cybersecurity portfolio.
• Support investigations and remediation actions as needed.
