Serco Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the US Navy's Team Submarine at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. This role requires DoW Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with responsibility for maintaining RMF compliance and cybersecurity artifacts across the program. The engineer will interface with the Team Sub CIO, develop accreditation packages, and ensure secure lifecycle integration for submarine systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cyber security, CS, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years working with Business IT systems.
• Knowledge of RMF/DIACAP and DoD security processes is preferred.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of personnel and document artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing procedures and policies for Navy cybersecurity requirements.
• Interface with the Team Sub Activity CIO to ensure compliance with NAVSEA cyber rules.
• Maintain awareness of DoN, NAVSEA, SEA05Q requirements and relay to program office.
• Develop RMF accreditation artifacts and prepare POA&M, SAP, SAR, and other docs.
• Identify controls, coordinate with owners, test, and track remediation actions.
• Maintain TEAM SUB cybersecurity records across enterprise assets ashore and afloat.
• Assist with investigations of inadvertent information spills and draft reports.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, DSN, and other authorities as needed.
