Serco Inc. in the Washington, D.C. area is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the U.S. Navy’s Team Submarine program.

The role requires DoW Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years’ experience in IT security. You will develop RMF accreditation artifacts, ensure compliance with Navy cybersecurity standards, and coordinate lifecycle security across programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a DoW Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, computer science, MIS, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Business IT systems.
• CompTIA Security+ is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development of SOPs and policies for Navy Cyber Security requirements.
• Interface with ACIO to ensure compliance with NAVSEA cyber requirements.
• Maintain familiarity with DoN/NAVSEA cybersecurity requirements and relay to the program office.
• Develop RMF accreditation packages and obtain ATO with/without conditions.
• Identify and implement security controls with system owners and test them.
• Coordinate RMF artifacts across TEAM SUB Cybersecurity portfolio.
