Job summary

SimVentions is a 100% employee-owned company supporting SPY-6 radar engineering for the U.S. Navy. This senior systems engineering role focuses on requirements development, integration, and verification across the system lifecycle, with opportunities to work closely with government engineers.

Travel includes 3-5 days to Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island, plus occasional trips to the Navy Yard or Quantico. An active Secret clearance is required, and U.S. Citizenship is necessary to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering activities.
• Experience with requirements development, specification management, and verification.
• Familiarity with radar systems or Navy combat systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specs, and interface docs.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance with MATLAB.
