This senior systems engineering role focuses on requirements, verification, and system integration across the lifecycle, with occasional travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and Virginia Navy sites. A Secret clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is necessary, and the compensation ranges from $102,000 to $147,000 per year (USD).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements development, specification management, and system integration.
• Familiarity with radar systems or defense systems preferred.
• Experience modeling and simulations to assess system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.
