Serco is seeking a Project Manager to lead PORTS program efforts for Navy training systems in Middletown, RI. You will coordinate with the Program Manager, customers, and teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while meeting DoD requirements.

The role requires a BS in a relevant field, 5+ years of management experience with P&L, and DoD clearance readiness. Travel up to 10% is required; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Formación

• US citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, applied science, or management.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Familiar with software development projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of ongoing projects and liaise between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items per DoD requirements; adhere to quality metrics and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
