Job summary

Serco Inc. in the Washington, DC area is seeking a data-driven professional to support NAVSEA maintenance initiatives for naval ships and related infrastructure.

You will analyze data, coordinate with engineers, and prepare leadership briefs to inform resourcing decisions. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% for program reviews and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• High School Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and present data for cross-organization processes and policy improvements/initiatives for upgrades and maintenance initiatives
• Monitor maintenance and modernization program objectives, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with technical experts on equipment performance issues
• Conduct data analysis and use of advanced technology to support new equipment installation to display to leadership so they can make informed resourcing decisions
• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for maintenance programs and external capability integration and interface design efforts between NAVSEA contractors supporting these efforts
• Support program reviews and recommend improvements to production and programmatic deficiencies
• Provides engineering support and continuous analysis between major ship maintenance periods to ensure they reach their expected service life
• Develop and organize briefs for presentation to senior leadership and decision makers
