Job summary

Serco is seeking an Engineer in Arlington, VA to support the U.S. Navy Amphibious Warfare program. You will assist in program management, engineering analysis, and documentation through cradle-to-grave lifecycle activities.

This role requires DoD Secret clearance post-employment and U.S. citizenship. You will work with a team on craft systems, subsystems, and acquisition processes, with opportunities to influence design decisions.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in shipyard/naval or DoD programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for scheduling, tracking, and cost estimating.
• Assist with meeting coordination and action-item tracking.
• Support engineering in analysis, design, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to technical manuals, design reports, and craft changes.
