The role partners with IT and campus stakeholders to coordinate integrations, trainings, and reporting, ensuring secure, effective use of Navigate360 in alignment with the college’s strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Application Manager for Holyoke Community College's Navigate360; coordinate campus-wide use and ongoing process improvement.
• Collaborate with IT to support troubleshooting, testing, and upgrades; act as the point person with EAB for support tickets.
• Provide end-user support, answer technical questions, and schedule trainings on Navigate360 features.
• Coordinate workload and case management across onboarding, advising, success, and retention.
• Initiate projects, develop plans, and coordinate communication among advisors, faculty, staff, and students.
• Gather feedback from campus partners to plan feature implementations.
• Maintain knowledge of Navigate360 functions and generate reports to inform student success strategies.
