SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a systems engineering professional to support SPY-6 radar capabilities for the U.S. Navy.

The role focuses on requirements development, system integration, and verification across the lifecycle, with opportunities to work on MATLAB-based analysis and lab testing. Active Secret clearance is required; travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, Navy Yard, and Quantico is expected. A BS/BA in a STEM field (ABET-accredited preferred) is required, with 4+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering activities.
• Experience with requirements development, specification management, and design verification.
• Experience with radar systems or defense systems preferred.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements and baselines with traceability.
• Experience using models and simulations to assess performance and support decisions.
• Experience planning, coordinating, or executing system testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
