Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team. You will support naval radar programs, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure mission readiness. Travel up to 50% may be required and U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test.

Responsibilities

• Support Missions: Travel as needed (up to 50%) to support mission execution at various locations.
• Support Testing Efforts: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate Systems: Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality.
• Drive Performance: Collaborate across functions to improve performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate: Work with a multi-disciplinary team for seamless integration and functionality.
• Document and Communicate: Develop integration documentation and communicate results to leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Role is onsite at RTX facility in Woburn/Tewksbury, MA.
