Job summary

RTX Marlborough, MA seeks a Systems Engineer to support Naval Radar programs. You will work across hardware, software, and networks, troubleshooting and testing in a dynamic environment. Onsite role with opportunities to travel up to 50%.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with DoD security clearance (Secret). Relocation assistance available; competitive salary range of 86,800 to 165,200 USD.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: systems hardware, systems integration, or systems test.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real environments.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
• Drive performance by collaborating across functions to resolve system issues.
• Document and communicate integration plans, analysis results, and requirements to leadership.
